SingHealth is seeking a Senior Assistant/Manager in the Change Management Unit of the Office of Strategy Management to drive organizational transformation across the cluster. You will lead and support strategic change initiatives, collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a fast-moving environment with tangible impact.

You will help develop change plans, monitor delivery, and prepare senior-level briefings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in an in-house strategy, corporate development, or change management role within a large, matrix organisation.
• Experience in strategy or management consulting and healthcare sector knowledge would be advantageous.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to solve complex problems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support Office of Strategy Management leaders in developing strategic change management plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and domain leads to communicate and implement change initiatives across SingHealth.
• Monitor progress to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption.
• Structure and solve complex problems, develop practical frameworks, and prepare briefings for senior leaders and the Board.
• Scope and manage projects or workstreams; develop key project documentation and provide status updates and recommendations.
• Develop communications and engagement plans; conduct workshops, interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
• Support business cases, success measures, change readiness and impact assessments, training activities, and operating model changes.
• Strengthen change management capabilities, guide junior team members, and provide secretariat support for meetings and townhalls.
