SingHealth's Office of Digital Strategy seeks an Assistant Manager to support enterprise digital health and AI initiatives. You will coordinate planning, governance, and change activities, preparing materials and tracking progress for senior leaders.

You will also manage stakeholder engagement, deliver communication plans, and provide secretariat support while overseeing learning plans, budgets, and SharePoint collaboration across the DSM team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years in programme coordination or related support roles.
• Experience in healthcare, digital transformation, or technology environments is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate strategic planning, governance, and change management activities.
• Prepare workplans, presentations, and implementation materials for senior leaders.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and outcomes for priority initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and compile feedback for adoption readiness.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and manage division learning plans and budgets.
