Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking an Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager to support the Office of Digital Strategy (ODS) in Singapore. You will coordinate enterprise digital health and AI planning, keep milestone trackers, and assist in reporting to senior leaders including the GCDSO & CDO.

The role also covers change management and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a degree in a related field, at least two years of coordination experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of programme coordination or project support.
• Experience in healthcare, digital transformation, or tech environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels.
• Excellent organizational and multi-priority management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic planning, governance, and change management activities.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action trackers for meetings.
• Support budget planning and learning program administration.
• Maintain SharePoint site configuration and user access.
• Organize town halls, orientations, and staff engagement activities.
