Public Service Division (Singapore) is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to anchor the Competency-Driven Growth (CDG) narrative across PSD. You will connect policies, programmes and tools to tell a coherent story that resonates with officers and supports their growth and development.

You will work with PSD Communications and clusters to shape and implement this narrative, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable messages and ensuring CDG remains a coherent, officer-centric journey.

Formación

• Strong storytelling and systems thinking to connect multiple initiatives into a single CDG narrative.
• Ability to translate complex policy concepts into simple, relatable messages.
• Experience in strategic communications and employee communications is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Steward the CDG narrative and ensure coherence across policies and programmes.
• Bring CDG to life for officers through engaging communications across channels.
• Develop and implement CDG communications approaches that are tangible and useful to officers.
• Connect communications across CDG initiatives to create a coherent journey for officers.
• Maintain an overview of major CDG initiatives and identify opportunities to sequence and align them.
• Sharpen the officer-facing proposition of CDGO work and CDG messaging.
• Support CDGO communications milestones and officer-facing materials.
