Job summary

SG Enable seeks a Senior Manager to support development, implementation and evaluation of caregiver support initiatives. You will assist the Team Lead in implementing CST with AIC and collaborate across public and disability sectors to strengthen the local caregiver support ecosystem.

The role focuses on service development, stakeholder engagement, and rigorous evaluation to translate insights into impactful services.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience in social services, healthcare, or public sector.
• Experience in research and evaluation is preferred.
• Knowledge of service development, management, and implementation frameworks is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-agency collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support conceptualisation and implementation of caregiver support initiatives and related programmes.
• Monitor performance against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with cross-sector stakeholders and service providers to ensure alignment and effective communications.
• Perform secretariat duties and support planning and coordination of events or engagements as needed.
