Job summary

SG Enable invites a Senior Manager to lead caregiver support initiatives, collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across public and people sectors, and strengthen the caregiver support ecosystem.

The role focuses on managing service delivery quality, developing implementation frameworks, and building CST staff capability while remaining responsive to evolving caregiver needs and sector developments.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with 8+ years in social service, healthcare, community care, disability or public sector.
• Experience in service management, practice development or capability building/training.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across agencies and sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service management of caregiver support initiatives to ensure consistency and quality of delivery.
• Develop, review and refine implementation frameworks, operating approaches, workflows and guidance.
• Monitor service implementation and identify improvements to strengthen caregiver outcomes.
• Translate service improvements into clear implementation plans and staff communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align implementation with organisational priorities.
• Support Team Lead to adapt service approach to evolving caregiver needs and sector developments.
• Co-lead capability building for CST staff and promote continuous learning.
