Job summary

SG Enable seeks a Senior Manager to support the development, implementation and evaluation of caregiver support initiatives, strengthening the local caregiver support ecosystem with cross-sector stakeholders from public and people sectors.

You will work with the Team Lead on CST initiative with AIC, lead service development, capability building and stakeholder communications, translating insights into impactful services and ensuring quality and fidelity of delivery across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service management of caregiver support initiatives to ensure consistency, quality and fidelity of service delivery.
• Develop, review and refine implementation frameworks, operating approaches, workflows and practice guidance.
• Monitor service implementation and recommend improvements to strengthen caregiver outcomes.
• Translate service improvements into clear implementation plans, operating guidance and staff communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service implementation with broader organisational priorities.
• Support capability building and staff development for CST.
