Job summary

TRIPARTITE ALLIANCE LIMITED is seeking a content and capability development professional to craft resources, articles, tool kits and e-learning modules for fair and progressive employment practices in Singapore.

You will conduct desktop research, design surveys, and engage partners on research projects to support employers in implementing progressive employment practices. The role requires independent work and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Good written and communication skills to articulate key messages to target audience and stakeholders.
• Resourceful, able to multi-task and work independently; experience in project management is an advantage.
• Strong competency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop resources such as articles, tool kits, e-learning modules and publications.
• Conduct desktop research to analyse employment trends and update employment practices.
• Design polls, surveys and engage partners on research projects.
• Organise/support employer engagement programmes such as events, biennial Awards and conferences.
