Job summary

The Singapore National Employers Federation's ARCC seeks a capable professional to strengthen employers’ HR capabilities through practical resources, advisory support, and outreach initiatives. You will work on employment law, HR transformation topics, and thought leadership while contributing to program administration.

You will develop playbooks, advisories, and templates, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful HR guidance and resources for Singapore employers.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Research on employment legislation, workplace policies, HR trends, and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Draft employer advisories, guidance notes, articles, and thought leadership materials on Employment Act and regulations.
• Develop playbooks, toolkits, case studies, templates, and best-practice guides for employers.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing papers for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as first point of contact for employer enquiries relating to grants and support schemes.
• Triage and assess enquiries, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and social media communications; coordinate outreach (webinars/workshops).
• Support project management and administration for ARCC initiatives; assist with reporting and scheduling.
