Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Strong experience in M&E quantity surveying and tendering.
• Proven ability in cost planning, contract administration, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QS team for multiple M&E projects.
• Oversee BoQ preparation, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Review M&E design proposals and provide commercial input throughout design development.
