Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Facilities/Property Manager to plan and implement preventive maintenance for M&E systems in a commercial building in Singapore. You will lead client meetings, oversee budgets, and coordinate with authorities and contractors to ensure optimal operations.

The role requires 5–8 years of related experience, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently to maintain safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma / degree in building, facilities management or relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years' experience in similar capacity with strong leadership.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular management meetings with client to report on property activities.
• Manage financials including monitoring income and expenditure against annual budget.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance for M&E systems and equipment.
• Review and manage maintenance contractors; supervise works and contracts.
• Ensure safety, fire compliance and prompt resolution of occupier concerns.
