Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager in Singapore to plan and execute preventive maintenance for M&E systems in a commercial building.

You will liaise with clients, manage budgets, and coordinate with government authorities, architects, and engineers to ensure optimal operation. The role requires a Diploma/degree in building or facilities management with 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance for M&E systems and equipment.
• Hold regular meetings with the client to report activities and recommendations.
• Manage income/expenditure to align with the annual budget.
• Prepare annual budgets and capital improvement plans for approval.
• Coordinate with authorities, architects, engineers, and divisions on maintenance matters.
• Review and manage maintenance contracts and supervise completed works.
