Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance of M&E systems across sites and identify faults and system alerts.
• Act as escalation point for critical system failures and coordinate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Review contractor activities and maintenance reports for compliance with schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead M&E performance reviews, analyse maintenance, energy use, costs and system reliability for improvements.
• Maintain asset registers and preventive maintenance plans; align with lifecycle requirements.
• Conduct periodic assessments of equipment condition and readiness across properties.
• Provide input for Capex planning, lifecycle replacement and system upgrades; analyse costs and risks.
• Support projects and upgrades by reviewing designs and ensuring maintainability; manage HOTO documentation.
