Job summary

LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an MEP Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services on site in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients and consultants, attend progress and site meetings, review design drawings, and monitor QA during testing and commissioning to ensure timely, quality completion. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Singapore construction, strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Revit), and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience on Singapore construction projects.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services to meet schedule.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to monitor work progress.
• Attend progress, site and MEP meetings as required.
• Interpret and adhere to main contract and sub-contract requirements.
• Review and align M&E design drawings with project specs.
• Oversee M&E subcontractors’ progress and submissions for drawings, materials, samples, and method statements.
• Ensure M&E works are executed according to approved drawings and specs.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of testing and commissioning.
• Maintain high quality standards for all site works.
