Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site M&E Engineer to join our Singapore project team. You will attend site meetings, study M&E drawings, and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.

You will ensure all M&E activities comply with specifications and drawings, inform project leadership of any problems, and supervise progress on site while coordinating subcontractors to maintain schedule on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with main-contractors on large-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure the work is on schedule.
