Job summary

LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an M&E Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services on site. You will liaise with clients and consultants to monitor progress and attend progress, site, and MEP meetings, ensuring alignment with contracts and drawing specifications.

The role requires a Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination (preferred), at least 3 years of SG construction experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Singapore construction projects.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services to ensure project completion within schedule.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to monitor work progress.
• Attend progress, site, and MEP meetings as required.
• Interpret and adhere to main contract and sub-contract requirements.
• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and guidelines.
• Oversee M&E subcontractors’ progress, including submissions for drawings, materials, samples, and method statements.
• Ensure M&E works are executed according to approved specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of testing and commissioning.
• Maintain high standards of quality for all site works.
