Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E design, project coordination, or system integration.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review M&E drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate design details with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Identify clashes between M&E systems and structural/architectural elements (clash detection).
• Develop and monitor M&E work schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Oversee installation of M&E systems on-site and ensure proper sequencing.
• Verify installations meet design intent and conduct testing and commissioning.
• Prepare progress reports, technical submissions, and approvals.
