is seeking a vigilant M&E site supervisor for our Singapore-based mixed development projects. You will attend site meetings with consultants, review M&E drawings, and ensure works align with specifications. This role requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and a minimum of five years' experience on large-scale constructions such as mixed development, HDB, condominiums, and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• At least 5 years of experience in large-scale main construction projects.
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership.
• Working hours may be 5- or 6-day week with alternate Saturdays off.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to drawings/specifications.
• Inform Project Director/PM on any technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work to keep schedule.
