Job summary

THIAM BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E professional to oversee projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in the building and construction industry.

The role involves monitoring project progress, overseeing QA/QC inspections, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring quality installation as per design specifications. Familiarity with HDB projects and high-rise developments is necessary, and experience with AutoCad is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in construction projects in Singapore.
• Experience in HDB projects or high-rise developments.
• Hands-on experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and report to project manager.
• Prepare method statements and check discrepancies.
• Control site progress and quality of installations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and manage records.
