Job summary

ENNOBLE TALENTS PTE. LTD. seeks an M&E Manager for a Fortune Global 500 main contractor.

You will plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E works across projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards. Responsibilities include client coordination, cost tracking, and guiding M&E teams and subcontractors. The role requires a degree or diploma in M&E engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems,

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
8–10 years of experience in M&E coordination or project management within construction, preferably with A1 main contractor companies.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems incl. HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute M&E works to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
Attend technical and site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Oversee site activities, ensure safety, and ensure timely M&E equipment/material delivery and compliance.
Develop and manage budgets; track costs against budget and analyze variances.
