Job summary

IMPACT BPO SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to oversee the design, installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems on construction projects. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of M&E management experience, deep knowledge of codes and standards, and proven ability to manage subcontractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent per PEB.
• Minimum 5 years of M&E management experience on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience managing M&E teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Proficiency in relevant M&E software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, installation, and maintenance of M&E systems on construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop M&E strategies and plans.
• Ensure M&E works comply with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve M&E issues to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor progress and report updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies for M&E.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe, compliant works.
