Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior M&E Project Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of mechanical and electrical projects from planning through commissioning.

You will review designs, BIM models, shop drawings, and contractor proposals, resolving technical issues across HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and vertical transportation systems. You will lead stakeholders to ensure value engineering, compliance, and cost optimisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant M&E experience, with a proven leadership track record gained with a property developer, main contractor, or M&E consultancy.
• Professional certifications in sustainability, such as BCA Green Mark or LEED Accreditation, will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of M&E projects from planning to completion.
• Review designs, BIM models, shop drawings and contractor proposals; resolve issues across mult-disciplinary M&E systems.
• Engage with consultants, contractors, service providers, and internal teams to drive value and compliance.
• Drive operational excellence and sustainability, identify automation opportunities, optimize system performance.
• Support procurement and post-construction activities including FAT, defect management, and technical support for property management and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of M&E projects, overseeing planning, design, procurement, execution, quality, safety, and successful project completion.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing M&E designs, BIM models, shop drawings, contractor proposals, and resolving technical issues across HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and vertical transportation systems.
• Manage project stakeholders, collaborating with consultants, contractors, service providers, and internal teams to drive value engineering, compliance, cost optimisation, and project performance.
• Drive operational excellence and sustainability, identifying automation opportunities, optimising system performance, and implementing maintainability and sustainability initiatives.
• Support procurement and post-construction activities, including consultant and contractor sourcing, tender evaluation, factory acceptance tests (FAT), defect management, and technical support for property management and building operations.
