• 8–10 years of experience in M&E coordination or project management within construction, preferably with A1 main contractor companies.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems incl. HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
• Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Job description

Position/title: M&E Manager (Fortune Global 500 main contractor)

Salary Range: $8,000 - $11,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution, oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution of M&E works, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.
2. Attend technical and site coordination meetings with clients, Consultants and other stakeholders.
3. Oversee construction activities, ensure site safety, and arrange timely delivery of M&E equipment and materials. Ensure all M&E systems meet required standards, specifications, and regulatory compliance.
4. Develop and manage budgets for M&E aspects of construction projects. Analyse, manage, and track project costs against budget.
5. Lead M&E teams, providing guidance for successful project completion. Manage M&E contractors and subcontractors, including monitoring performance and negotiating contracts.
6. Identify and address potential risks to prevent delays. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
7. Maintain accurate records, including project plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Serve as the primary point of contact for M&E-related matters, addressing client concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination or project management within the construction industry, preferably with A1 main contractor companies.
3. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.
