Job summary

Our client, a renowned main contractor, is seeking a Senior M&E Manager to join the team in Singapore East. This role leads MEP services proposals, budgets, procurement, and quality assurance for building and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in M&E engineering, strong leadership, and extensive experience with large-scale projects; familiarity with consultants and contractors and value engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in MEP construction planning, equipment installation, and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction technologies, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with consultants/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects, covering feasibility, design, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to review designs and value engineering proposals.
• Support sourcing, tender evaluation, and appointment of consultants and contractors.
• Review M&E designs, shop drawings, and proposals for compliance, functionality, and operational efficiency.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project outcomes and profitability.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, defects, and long-term asset replacement planning.
