Job summary

Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer to join a well-established organisation involved in building services projects for commercial and industrial developments in Singapore. You will coordinate M&E design, supervise sites, review designs, and drive project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• 6–7 years of relevant building M&E experience in Singapore.
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial building projects is an advantage.
• Familiar with ACMV, electrical power/lighting, fire protection and alarm, plumbing & sanitary, ELV systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate M&E drawings, technical submissions, and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project execution and technical matters.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works meet project specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of M&E systems.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and authority requirements (BCA, SCDF, PUB, EMA).
• Participate in project meetings and support overall project coordination activities.
• Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
• Support project documentation, material submissions, and progress reporting.
