Job summary

Woh Hup Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior M&E Coordinator to oversee the coordination and execution of all M&E works on site, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

You will liaise with design consultants, coordinate with architectural and structural teams, prepare coordination drawings, and support progress claims and temporary utilities installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical services from A1 main contractor.
• PPVC construction experience preferred.
• Full cycle in condo residential, mixed development or data center projects would add advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Exhibit good stakeholder engagement and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and site schedule compliance.
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent.
• Coordinate with in‑house architectural & structural teams to minimize discrepancies.
• Check and prepare material samples with shop drawing submissions.
• Chair M&E coordination meetings.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.
• Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services.

The Senior M&E Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of all M&E works at site in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent
• Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies
• Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission
• Chair M&E coordination meeting
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors
• Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services

Job Requirements

• Preferably with a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical services from A1 main contractor
• Candidate with PPVC construction experience is most preferred
• Candidate with full cycle in condo residential, mixed development or data center projects experience would have added advantage
• Good written and spoken English
