Job summary

Woh Hup Group is seeking an M&E Coordinator (Construction) to lead coordination and execution of all M&E works on site in Singapore. The role requires monitoring progress, quality, and conformance with the project schedule.

You will liaise with design consultants and internal teams to minimize discrepancies, prepare shop drawings, and manage progress claims. PPVC and multi-development project experience are advantages.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience coordinating M&E services in an A1 main contractor setting.
• Candidate with PPVC construction experience would have added advantage.
• Candidate with condo residential, mixed development or data center projects experience would have added advantage.
• Exhibit good character of strength, willing to learn and resourceful.

Responsibilities
