Job summary

The Edge Contracting Services is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale loyalty and marketing platform implementation. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners to translate requirements into functional solutions, with a strong focus on loyalty, CRM, marketing and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology implementations or transformation projects.
• Solid knowledge of CRM, loyalty, marketing technology or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Capillary is highly preferred.
• Experience with loyalty programmes, membership, rewards, CRM, campaign management or customer marketing solutions.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation and UAT.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for a loyalty and marketing platform.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map requirements and customer journeys.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specifications, flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technology teams and partners to implement solutions.
• Analyse integration needs with upstream and downstream systems.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support SIT and UAT with test scenarios and business acceptance.
• Coordinate with users, project teams and vendors during rollout.
