Job summary

Innova Digital Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic enterprise transformation program focused on implementing a new Loyalty & Marketing Platform supporting Gaming and Non-Gaming business functions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, system integrators, and technology teams to define business requirements, design future-state processes, validate solutions, and support implementation through UAT and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in enterprise digital transformation programs.
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Experience supporting or delivering large-scale enterprise software/package implementations.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience working across both Business and IT stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and discovery workshops with Business and IT stakeholders.
Elicit, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
Develop user stories, business rules, process flows, and functional specifications.
Analyze As-Is processes and define optimized To-Be processes.
Identify opportunities to leverage standard platform capabilities and minimize custom development.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across business units.
Work with solution architects and SI vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Review functional design documents, configuration specifications, and solution proposals.
Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Support implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Define business data requirements, workflows, and data governance needs.
Work with integration teams on CRM/CDP, CMS, MuleSoft, and other enterprise applications.
Support data migration planning, validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
Review test scenarios, coordinate and execute UAT, and support go-live readiness.
