Job summary

The Edge Contracting Services (TECS) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale implementation of a new loyalty and marketing platform.

The BA will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, with a strong focus on loyalty, CRM, marketing and customer engagement capabilities,

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience as BA on technology implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, loyalty, marketing tech or customer engagement platforms.
• Functional experience with Salesforce and/or Capillary is highly preferred.
• Experience with loyalty programmes, membership, rewards, campaigns and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document requirements for a new loyalty and marketing platform.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map journeys and processes.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, flows and acceptance criteria.
• Support requirements across customer profiles, bonuses, campaigns and segmentation.
• Collaborate with tech teams and vendors to design system solutions.
• Analyse integration needs and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Manage clarifications and changes through the project lifecycle.
• Support SIT and UAT activities with test scenarios and business acceptance.
• Coordinate with users, PMs, technical teams and partners through rollout.
