Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Loyalty Program Specialist to lead the migration of an existing rewards program onto a new platform and transition into managing day-to-day loyalty operations.

You will help shape strategies to grow customer acquisition and retention through the loyalty program, working with marketing, sales and customer teams to drive initiatives. The role focuses on delivering the migration project, maintaining deliverables on schedule, and optimizing the program

Qualifications

• Experience designing or migrating loyalty programs.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven mindset to analyse program performance.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery for the rewards platform migration, manage timelines and run user testing on configured rules.
• Keep deliverables on track and within budget, report progress and issues.
• Partner with marketing, sales and customer teams to roll out loyalty initiatives that support acquisition and retention goals.
• Manage and resolve ongoing platform issues, requirements and enhancement requests.
• Analyze program performance and customer behavior data to recommend improvements.
• Work with customer service to resolve loyalty-related issues and improve the customer experience.
• Support broader team administrative and ad-hoc needs.
