Job summary

Centre For Seniors seeks a hands-on operations leader to oversee logistics, warehouse, fleet and facilities. You will ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective movement of goods, while maintaining regulatory compliance and service standards.

Collaboration with Procurement, Sales, Finance and HR is essential to smooth daily operations. You will supervise teams across logistics, warehouse and facilities, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements with a proactive, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to optimise processes and drive improvements.
• Experience supervising or leading operational teams in logistics, warehouse, fleet or facilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics, warehouse, fleet and facilities operations.
• Monitor performance, investigate delays, damages and customer issues.
• Establish and maintain SOPs and logistics processes.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Track warehouse accuracy, space utilisation and productivity improvements.
• Manage vehicle and driver operations, maintenance schedules and compliance.
• Ensure safety regulations and workplace safety requirements are followed.
• Coordinate maintenance of buildings, equipment and facilities.
• Lead operational inspections and monitor KPI targets for logistics functions.
