Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Senior Lead to drive the analysis, design, and rollout of enterprise Learning and Training Systems. You will lead the LMS strategy, partner with HR and training teams, and ensure data quality and governance across modules such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Business or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience supporting enterprise LMS and HR applications.
• Experience leading system implementation and enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, solution design, implementation, enhancement, and support for enterprise Learning and Training Systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Analyze training operations, certification management, compliance tracking, and learning workflows.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for learning transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of learning administration processes.
• Lead LMS implementation and support, including SAP SuccessFactors Learning or equivalent.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements are met.
