SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to drive capability development and learning initiatives in a dynamic environment.

You will support implementation, secretariat duties, and budget monitoring to ensure programmes run smoothly. The role requires experience with learning systems such as Workday or LMS, strong analytics with Tableau, and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with relevant experience in learning & development or training operations.
• Experience managing learning systems such as Workday or LMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; Tableau experience preferred.
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in capability development or learning programme management preferred.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of capability development and learning initiatives
• Provide secretariat and operational support for learning and development programmes
• Manage training budgets and monitor utilisation of learning funds
• Administer and maintain learning management systems (e.g. Workday, LEARN)
• Support learning analytics and dashboard reporting using Tableau
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve learning operations and automation
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions and engagement initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to support capability-building strategies and projects
