Job summary

Sing Investments & Finance Limited in Singapore seeks a senior Commercial Leader to drive Credit Marketing strategy, grow loan portfolios, and build strategic partnerships with customers and financial institutions.

Reporting to Senior Management, you will lead a team, set annual plans and KPIs, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure growth within risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of relevant banking/financial services experience, with SME/commercial lending, credit, business development, or relationship management.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales, business development, or credit marketing teams.
• Strong track record in achieving business growth and building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Credit Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and distribution channels.
• Establish annual business plans, sales targets and KPIs for the Credit Marketing department.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and market developments for opportunities and risks.
• Drive SME customer acquisition and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop and expand strategic partnerships to increase financing opportunities.
• Grow market penetration and improve portfolio performance.
• Develop and optimise sales channels to support sustainable growth.
• Drive loan disbursement, revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve growth.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources.
• Prepare business forecasts, management reports and dashboards for Senior Management.
• Lead, coach and develop the Credit Marketing team; conduct performance reviews.
