Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in finance / economics / accounting / management / engineering (or similar).
• 3-7 years in specialised/structured and/or project finance in banking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Financial and credit analysis on existing and prospect clients.
• Develop, build and manage financial models with sensitivity analysis.
• Drafting and negotiating financing term sheets and security documents.
• Coordinate due diligence with third party advisors and syndicates.
• Interface with loan operations and risk/compliance units to verify limits.
• Oversee deal closing, financing documents and conditions precedent.
• Assist in marketing materials and primary syndication processes.
• Prepare business comparables and debt-structure analysis.
• Attend client meetings and transaction due diligence calls.
• Stay updated on organisational policies and support related changes.
