Job summary

Public Service Division seeks an experienced designer-educator to shape the Diploma in Experience Design. You will teach, mentor, and develop curriculum across human-centred design, product innovation and emerging technologies, guiding students through projects that integrate products, services and digital touchpoints.

You will lead industry partnerships, supervise industry projects, and advance sustainability and inclusive design within the experience design context, fostering graduate

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Industrial Design, Product Design or related discipline.
• Strong industry portfolio showing product innovation and human-centred design.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop curriculum in experience design, design research, human-centred design, design thinking and prototyping.
• Mentor students through industry projects and multidisciplinary collaborations.
• Lead industry partnerships and applied research in experience design, product innovation and emerging technologies.
• Support CET initiatives, student recruitment and school-wide projects.
