Job summary

Borouge PTE in Singapore is expanding its Talent Management function. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Management, you will oversee learning & development, competency development and internship programs across functions, while supporting talent management and succession planning as applicable.

You will design, develop, implement and monitor learning products and services, review policies, and conduct data analysis and audits on training effectiveness per business requirements and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Learning & Development: Identify development needs and translate them into interventions.
• Competency System Management: Maintain and enhance competency framework and assessment processes.
• Organisation Development & Employment Branding: Support career fairs, university collaborations and branding activities.
• Leadership Development: Support leadership programs and mentoring pipelines to strengthen leadership depth.
• Talent Management & Succession Planning: Assist in talent reviews, succession plans and coaching of high-potentials.
