Job summary

Infineon Technologies Singapore is seeking a Staff Supervisor, Production to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost efficiency, and lead production teams through coaching and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with proficiency in production planning, reporting, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and continuous/process improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, output, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production performance and adherence to plans, quality standards, and operational requirements.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material allocation to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
• Ensure smooth shift operations by minimizing disruptions and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead, coach, and motivate production operators and technicians toward goals.
• Conduct daily shift briefings communicating priorities, safety, and updates.
• Monitor employee performance and support workforce development through feedback and training.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
