Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Leader, Test Technology Innovation to drive next-generation Final Test manufacturing solutions and enable technology transitions across global operations.

You will lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, coordinating with Business Units, Package Development Teams, Production Sites, and Central Functions to ensure successful delivery and change management in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in High-Tech Manufacturing or Semiconductor Manufacturing environment.
Strong interest in Project Management and Stakeholder Management.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation across global operations.
Drive alignment of project requirements across Business Units, Package Development Teams, Production Sites and Central Functions.
Own end-to-end project execution with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring progress reporting, risk management and proper documentation.
Coordinate manufacturing readiness, technology transfer and change implementation activities globally.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and business objectives.
