Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager, Student Development to design and lead leadership development programmes for NTU students. You will own initiatives across Leadership for All and Leadership Engagement, enabling global experiences and prestigious leadership awards. A strong background in youth development and leadership pedagogy is essential.

The role may require travel for project supervision and occasional evening/weekend events during terms.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline with at least six years of relevant experience in student engagement or student development.
Experience in youth and leadership development sectors is advantageous.
Strong pedagogical expertise with ability to design and facilitate learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead Leadership Development Programmes and manage the Leadership for All Pillar.
Grow emergent leaders under the Emergent Leadership Programme (Leadership Engagement Pillar).
Design onboarding, leadership and handover programmes for NTU student ambassadors.
Champion leadership excellence with advanced development initiatives for high-potential students.
Turn insights into impact using student leadership data to shape initiatives.
Manage the Global Leadership Experience programme and administer annual student leadership awards.
