Job summary

NTUitive, the innovation arm of NTU, is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to drive the delivery of a high-profile deep tech commercialization programme in Singapore. You will coordinate learning modules, mentor sessions, and milestone reviews while building strong relationships with fellows, instructors, and partners.

You will manage programme databases, prepare management reports, and support communications initiatives to showcase outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with experience in program management, innovation ecosystems, or stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Programme Operations & Delivery: develop and execute detailed operational plans and milestones.
• Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with partners, academics, and industry to recruit founders and researchers.
• Performance Tracking: maintain databases, dashboards and progress reports.
• Communication & Admin: draft updates, ensure grant reporting compliance and cross‑functional support.
