Job summary

NTU Singapore invites applications for Assistant Director, Student Development in the Student Affairs Office. The role provides leadership across Transition, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Student Development, and Governance portfolios, aligning initiatives with the university's student development priorities.

You will lead portfolio leads and teams, cultivate a cohesive student lifecycle experience, and build strong partnerships with NTUSU/GSA and academic and administrative stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 10–12 years of relevant working experience involving considerable interaction with students or youth.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in tertiary education sector advantageous.
• Deep understanding of student development practices and co-curricular programme design.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills across organisational hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transition Experience, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Student Development, and Governance portfolios.
• Set strategic direction and translate priorities into plans and outcomes.
• Engage and align NTUSU and GSA with university-wide policies and student welfare.
