Traveloka is seeking a Senior Lead on the Payments team to act as the deepest IC authority across a diverse partnership portfolio spanning Southeast Asia. You will influence payment strategies beyond your direct remit and shape terms with banks, networks, and fintechs.

You will build analytical standards, own cost structures, and drive cross-market initiatives, ensuring faster, better, and cheaper payment experiences for users while aligning with product and finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• MBA or relevant Master’s is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of payments, fintech, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience structuring multi-stakeholder agreements at scale.
• Strong negotiation and influence at senior levels.
• Analytical mindset with data and AI for joint decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a broad payment partnership portfolio across markets as an expert IC.
• Shape payment cost and partnership strategy with product and finance leaders.
• Lead negotiations with major banks, networks, and fintechs to mutual agreements.
• Build and elevate analytical and negotiation standards for the team.
• Influence enterprise decisions on payment methods and pricing.
• Drive operational excellence to launch and run partnerships efficiently.
• Represent Traveloka as a senior payments voice with partners and regulators.
