Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments provider, seeks a Payments & Partnerships Assistant Manager to drive regional ShopeePay initiatives regionally across SEA. You will partner with banks, card schemes and PSPs to optimize payment flows and cross‑border enablement.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Excel and analytical abilities, and excellent stakeholder management to coordinate with product, marketing, risk and legal teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of working experience.
Understanding of payment back-end flows, settlement processes, and integration dependencies.
Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
Ability to navigate internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

Responsibilities

Drive regional initiatives to strengthen ShopeePay’s payment infrastructure across card networks and payment rails.
Build deep partnerships with regional banks, card schemes, and payment service providers to optimize payment flows and enable new solutions.
Grow user adoption and volume across payment channels through new payment solutions and joint marketing campaigns with partners.
Lead strategic cross-functional projects involving local markets, product, marketing, risk, legal & compliance.
Identify competitors, cross-market learnings, and emerging payment trends, and provide recommendations to improve product conversion and go-to-market strategies.
