Job summary

Traveloka and its Payments team are seeking a Senior Lead to own and optimize a broad payment partnership portfolio across Southeast Asia markets. You will shape terms, incentives, and partner mix while collaborating closely with product and finance to drive cost efficiency and a superior checkout experience.

You will build trusted relationships with banks, networks, and fintechs, translating collaboration into payment products that travellers actually choose at checkout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's is a plus.
• 10+ years in payments, fintech, or strategic partnerships with senior advisory experience.
• Strong track record owning large payment portfolios and driving cost/value impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize a broad payment partnership portfolio across markets.
• Shape payment cost and partnership strategy with product and finance leadership.
• Negotiate with major banks, schemes, and fintechs to secure favorable terms.
• Build analytical and negotiation standards for the team.
