The National University of Singapore seeks an experienced professional to design, develop, and manage learning programmes that build workforce capabilities across AI, data, and emerging skills.

You will lead curriculum development, oversee postgraduate programme administration where relevant, and apply learning analytics to measure impact and continuous improvement. Collaboration with HR, faculties, and external partners is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Postgraduate certification in adult education / instructional design, e.g. DACE/DDDLP.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in learning & development.
• Experience in curriculum development, programme management, blended learning and learning evaluation/analytics in adult learning.
• Experience in Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate programme administration and curriculum development would be advantageous.
• Proven experience in developing learning programmes relating to AI, data, digital capabilities, and other emerging skills.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop curricula and learning pathways aligned with NUS's workforce and emerging capability needs.
• Support curriculum development in AI, data and other emerging skills, including blended and technology-enabled learning.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and translate capability gaps into relevant learning solutions.
• Apply adult learning, instructional design and competency-based learning principles to programme design.
