Job summary

Vertical Institute in Singapore is seeking a Lead Trainer & Course Developer to join our in-house team. This senior role combines delivery of AI training with end-to-end curriculum development and leadership of training quality across the program.

You will design new AI courses, define learning objectives, create materials, and mentor other trainers to ensure high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences for individuals and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
• Strong practical knowledge and hands-on understanding of AI and its applications.
• Experience delivering AI training, workshops, or professional learning programmes.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching other trainers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training delivery for individual and corporate clients with practical, engaging AI sessions.
• Design, develop, and own AI curricula, lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Mentor trainers, share best practices, and raise delivery standards across the team.
• Keep content current by aligning with industry developments and client needs.
