Job summary

MINDEF - SAF in Singapore seeks a seasoned logistics professional to coordinate and manage logistics operations across the Joint Staff and Services' Logistics Departments. You will plan, resource, and sustain logistics plans to ensure relevance, operational readiness, and optimal support.

The role requires domain expertise in military logistics, plus the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders from SAF, MINDEF and other ministries.

Qualifications

• A minimum degree, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 10 years of logistics experience within SAF.
• Experience as Officer-in-Command (OC) of HQ Company or Logistics Officer at Battalion/Squadron or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset towards challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations across Joint Staff and Services' Logistics Departments.
• Plan, resource, and sustain logistics plans for relevance, operations, and optimization.
• Design and conduct the annual logistics exercise with multiple stakeholders.
• Analyse and implement logistics solutions to enhance SAF resilience.
