Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering Loan Origination Systems or digital lending platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of LOS loan origination solutions within a regional squad.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership with Java and API‑driven architectures.
• Drive CI/CD practices and automated testing to ensure secure, compliant deployments.
• Collaborate with business, credit risk, and compliance for MAS TRM-aligned solutions.
• Ensure observability, data integrity, and audit traceability across systems.
